One Path Birth Class for Couples

One Path Birth is a 60-90 min long childbirth class for couples who want to prepare for labor, birth, and postpartum with calm, connection, and confidence. Through gentle education and partner support, this class creates space to learn together and step into birth feeling grounded as a team.

What to expect:

  • This opening section includes introductions, a brief overview of the class, and a chance to set intentions for what each couple hopes to learn. Here we create a comfortable space for connection.

  • We’ll explore the full birth journey. Such as the stages of labor, signs labor is starting, comfort measures such as breathing, movement, massage. The partner will learn how to advocate for the woman by communicating clearly with care providers and asking thoughtful questions. We’ll cover, common interventions, pain management options (medical and non medical) and ways to stay informed and grounded throughout labor.

  • This final section holds a space for final questions, and a gentle closing conversation on how to carry what you learned into your labor, birth, and early postpartum experience so you leave feeling supported and ready.

Bloom Circle

Bloom Circle is a warm, supportive space for pregnant women to connect, learn, and share. Each meeting is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and meaningful, with room for conversation, reflection, and shared support. We will spend a total of 45 minutes together in a gentle group setting.

What to expect:

  • We will start by introducing ourselves, sharing our birth expectations and fears, and talking about birth myths. We may also explore questions, emotions, and real-life experiences around pregnancy and labor. The conversation is open, supportive, and rooted in community.

  • We will then move into a focused discussion on comfort measures during labor. Breathing, relaxation, and grounding tools.

  • We will close with space for questions, short reflection, a calming moment of gratitude, and some birth affirmations. This final moment helps create connection, gratitude, and a peaceful transition back into the rest of your day.
