Hi, I’m Lunna and I am glad you’re here.
I am a certified full spectrum doula and a mother of two who is completely passionate about birth. To be able to help women into this chapter of their lives, it’s what inspires me every day. To me, doula work is far more than a career. It’s a calling!
My work is deeply rooted in advocacy and in a strong desire to help families stop feeling overwhelmed by everyone’s opinions.

Birth Doula Support
The Moonlight Package offers a comprehensive support experience for families who want continuous care from pregnancy through the early postpartum period. What’s included:
2 prenatal visits (in home or virtual) to discuss:
birth preferences;
stages of labour and comfort measures;On‑call support from 37 weeks until birth via phone/text.
Continuous labor support at home and/or hospital from active labor until 1–2 hours after baby is born. Labor support includes:
physical comfort measures like massage, counterpressure, and position changes;
breathing support and relaxation techniques;
guidance to help you understand labor progress and stay informed;
support for birth preferences and communication with the birth team;1 postpartum visit (at home) to integrate the birth experience with newborn care guidance and holistic healing practices.
Printed handouts:

The Full Moon Package is designed for families who want continuous guidance, preparation, and nurturing support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period. With a deeper birth preparation education. What’s included:

birth preferences;
stages of labour and comfort measures;
practice session of labor positions and partner roles;On‑call support from 37 weeks until birth via phone/text.
Continuous labor support at home and/or hospital from active labor until 1–2 hours after baby is born. Labor support includes:

breathing support and relaxation techniques;
guidance to help you understand labor progress and stay informed;

A Birth Doula is someone who supports you physically and emotionally - prenatally, during your birth, and immediate postpartum. We provide resources to help you: learn tools; write your birth plan; learn your available options for birth and after; and, most importantly, allow you to feel supported and prepared as you bring your child into this world. Our scope of practice is physical, emotional, educational, and spiritual support. We are on-call for you until you have your baby and advocate for you to give birth in the environment that works best for you. We are not medical professionals, and do not provide any medical or treatment advice, but focus and support you throughout this amazing transformative moment in your life. We work with you, your partner (if applicable), and your family to help you have an enjoyable, empowered birth experience!

Studies show that doulas significantly increase birth satisfaction, and decrease the use of unnecessary interventions. Your birth doula is also your advocate to help you stick to your birth plan, even if you experience push back from your nurses or doctor. I also help my clients prepare for birth, which means they enter the birth room with more confidence in their ability to birth their baby, decreasing anxiety and fear!
